During 2014 Tickethour enhanced its client portfolio with 2 international Events. Tickethour is the ticketing provider of the 1stEuropean Games, Baku 2015 and the ticketing provider of Handball World Cup 2015 in Qatar.

Furthermore Tickethour had been chosen as the ticketing company to offer its ticketing services to 4 QFA major international friendly matches; i.e. Brazil vs. England, Brazil vs. Argentina, Brazil vs. Egypt and Spain vs. Uruguay. For the later, Tickethour in addition to Ticketing has also provided the Spectator Services of the event. In a venue of almost 40.000 seats capacity and in a sold out event, our company has placed and coordinated 421 people to serve Spectators (Regular, Disabled and VIP) from their ingress in the VIP parking spots where applicable, all the way through to finding their seats in the seating bowl and egress at the end of the match.

For the 2013 Gulf Cup that took place in Bahrain, once again Tickethour was entrusted to provide ticketing services for 16 games (group stage, semifinals and finals), where more than 250.000 spectators have attended.

Another huge advantage is the FULL integration with the already existing access control system of QSL’s, Kronotech’s access control software. Tickethour and Kronotech have together delivered successfully highly demandable ticketing and access control services for all the aforementioned events in Qatar, something which proves that the 2 systems are doing the job seamless and problem free.

Moreover, because of the fact that our system is integrated also with QNB’s transaction environment for the Asian Cup 2011, not either one single second will be lost in integration or delays with 3rd party systems (Kronotech, QNB Bank, etc.). It is a “plug and play” completed solution.

On top of the system competence and the undoubtful experience of our team we have proven lately that as a company we know how to successfully manage projects, even if our HQs are far away.
