Our work included installing Integrated Access Control and Badging System (IACBS) supporting features such as area control (two man control, hard, soft, and timed anti-passback), database segmentation, and time zone/holiday overrides ; Audio Visual System including speakers, wall mounted touch panels, floor outlets, AV main rack, head end equipment, cables, power supply and all accessories complete for Jazz Bar, Gymnasium/Spa, cafeteria etc.; Auto Car Barrier System with all cabling, conduit, power supplies etc. Our scope of work also included installation of Building Management System for entire building complex complete with work stations, direct digital controllers, room controllers & door controllers with integrators; Lighting, Dimming and Control System with central dimming control panels etc. & CCTV work station with CCTV cameras dome mounted type

Hyatt is industry leader in Hospitality with as many as 415 properties around the world. Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel is located on the shoreline of the new West Bay Lagoon district & boasts of six innovative restaurants and lounges and extensive meeting and banquet facilities. The scope of work included installing a lighting control module with 3 fuse-protected, switched single-way relay outputs and 1 unprotected, switched single-way relay & an energy control module with one fuse-protected. The work also involved providing a power supply consisting of the step-down transformer & primary circuit with input connection & 1A fuse and mains on/off switch.

Kempinski group of hotels-Europe’s oldest luxury hotel group-established since 1897 owns a collection of distinguished properties around the world. Barjeel Tower, Doha is yet another feather in the cap for Kempinsky. The tower consists of 54 floors, 2 of which are designed to have 6 two-storey villas and one level will have 2 luxury villas.
Our scope of work included supply, installation & terminations of a complete structured cabling system including trunking, conduits, cabling, main distribution frame, intermediate distribution frame, patch chords, internal distribution cables, external UG cables, telephone/computer sockets & distribution frames.
All cables connectors, outlet points, sub-distribution frames and patch cords were compliant for requirements on EIA/TIA. Cables from the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) to the Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) were 25 Pairs Cat. We are also undertaking complete design, supply, installation and configuration of the complete IT network including the core and distribution switches, wireless network for the complete building. The system is from HP Procurve. The network is designed for 10G bandwidth and will be used to support WAN, VPN, IP telephony, IPTV & LAN requirements to the end users.
