Medina Centrale project includes residential units above street-level retail, substantial green space, on-street parking, and additional parking decks that offer convenient access to residential, retail and community spaces. The clients were looking for contractors who provide products & solutions that were economic with flexible after sales services.
Speed of operations & installations was another important thing. ANS is very well projected on these value propositions which helped us immensely in landing this job. Our scope of work involved installing BS 5839 part 1compliant fire alarm system, lighting control system for public accessible area & offices, home automation for residential units & an intelligent BMS comprising HVAC control & programmed thermostats covering all landlord/public areas. Our work also included installing an integrated security management system consisting of access control for car parks & lobbies, CCTV surveillance system to for all entrances & intercom.

Lusail City is the newest city in Qatar, that is located about 15 km north of the city centre of Doha, on over 35 km² and will eventually provide accommodation for up to 200,000 people. The car parks are situated in Marina district of Lusail. The 4 car Parks are 4 independent rectangular underground buildings of approximately 246m in length with a 41 m in width.
Our scope of work included installing a centralized integrated CCTV System, which interfaces mainly with Building System Integration and other systems users, thus providing flexibility of image display and storage as required by the authorized users. The CCTV provides surveillance for entrance and exit ramps, pedestrian access points, lifts and lift lobbies, escalators and escalator lobbies. Our work also included installing an BS 5839 and EN54 Standards compliant fire detection system that operates as a two-stage alarm, to allow staff to investigate incidents before initiating the evacuation procedures, a public address system to provide evacuation messages to occupants in case of fire emergency and background music in normal situations.
We also provided Gate Barrier & Parking Management Systems to effectively manage & control the car parks at Lusail.

Barwa Real Estate Co. is one of the biggest companies in Qatar real estate sector engaged in in sell, purchase, manage, operate, build, develop, renovate and divide lands and real estate property of all kinds, whether owned by the Company or third party, as well as the real estate property owned or possessed by governmental authorities and ministries and State lands offered for sale. The massive Al Sadd Complex located in Al Sadd Area, Doha has a façade area of approximately 67,000 sq.m. The four towers have respective heights of 85.5m, 94.75m, 94.75m & 82.75m .
Our scope of work included installing a public address system that included public address main management facility controller, remote loudspeakers, microphones, conduits and wiring. The building was fitted with a main sound processing system that would serve to distribute background music into the premises, as well to distribute paged announcement & emergency evacuation information with overriding facility of paging system on music distribution. Our work also included installing an access control system to monitor the access points to the main entrance and to the secured areas.
We also provided Gate Barrier & Parking Management Systems to effectively manage & control the car parks at Lusail.
